    What tools to cut side of case?

    Ive seen people running with 1.9 vcore...but make sure you have good cooling...if your not sure about the MAXIMUM SAFE VCORE..then look to AMD's website..they have everthing about there CPU's there..from Thermal Specs to Voltage...and more If it wont post at 11.5 (neither will my 1ghz Duron..)...

    ok...A COLD Cathode will not put off enough heat to make a difference..thats why there so popular...and as far as cutting HOLES....a dremel works..but a hole saw works great!     doesnt matter what speed it runs at.....what matters if the HSF will fit his board...Depending on the Mobo Manufacture, the ALPHA PAL8045 may or may not fit.     air does not cut it so water?

    you can also have air cooling thats not to loud...I run my XP1700+ at 1.65Ghz with a Vcore of 1.85..under full load (using Folding@Home) my temps are currently 32c..and my HSF is not a great one either..its a ThermalTake Volcano 6cu+ with Artic Silver 3...I also have 3 120mm fans on the case...

    Braided sleeves and Wireloom are both good products to use for what I like to refer "Wire Management"..and yep, heat shrink tubing is a great way to secure the ends of the loom or sleeve...you can also use elec. tape if you dont have any money for the HST.
