I just now ran across this. The link doesn't take you to DealExtreme anymore though.
Anyone order from the new place the link drops you to (VolumeRate)?
(edited for spelling)
It looks good. I have the 57" version of this set.
I looked at it side by side with an LCD projection at a local electronics store. They had the Hitachi de-tuned and setup to look like crap against the LCD. I had the salesman give me the remote and I made a few picture adjustments, fixing...
I didn't have any issues ordering from your web site. It went fine. Inventory status would be a great feature though. Thanks for the e-mail within a few hours of the purchase letting me know it was OOS. I did end up canceling my order since this board is OOS for you, like most everywhere else.
I gave it a shot and placed an order. We'll see if it goes through.
I tried one last night at ISORM.COM. Their website said it was in stock even, but I later got an e-mail telling me it wasn't and they cancelled my order.
Does anyone know why this M/B has been pulled from newegg?
It's been showing out of stock (I've been waiting for it to come back in stock), but today when I checked, the board is gone completely from the site.
Edit - The situation seems to have gotten even worse. I cannot find this board...
I can give you 1 data point and tell you mine has been working flawlessly since 11/19 (won from everytenminutes.com). I set it horizontally on the shelf that fine Saturday and haven't touched it yet (except to load in different games).
What's the difference with the Director's edition of this movie? I just bought the regular one. I may have to try and get rid of it for the other one now.
This was a deal. I just didn't know if I wanted to jump on it.
I listed the product, the website where the deal could be found, and when the deal ended.
Glad I saw your post. Now whenever I have something to say that is un-related to a particular thread I'll be sure to go ahead and post a...
Now I'm feeling a little bit better. It's not a TD rebate, it's a manufacturer rebate from Infocus. I might jump then. Even without the rebate, the sale is $100 cheaper than other sites after their rebate.
I am afraid of that, but with the price being potentially $200 less than everywhere else after rebate it's so tempting. The price is still $100 less than everywheree else without the rebate factored in.
I am concerned about 2 things:
- Will Infocus honor a rebate from TD
- Will TD try to...
OK,
I've been eyeing up getting an Infocus 4805 projector for some time now. I am getting ready to jump on the purchase and I saw a thread at Fat Wallet this weekend. A guy posted a deal there to get the 4805 at TigerDirect.com. The deal expires at noon today.
Anyone have anything good to...
I remember AllAdvantage!
Those were the golden days of the internet there.
OT here, but it reminds me of the 1and1.com 3 dvd's for $3 promo (free shipping, no tax). That was another of my favorites.
I keep tossing around the idea of using one of these for my media serving at home. But, is this the model you can't add a video card to? I will need to be able to add a video card with s-video out in it. I'll also want to add a sound card.
Looking to replace an old 1 Ghz P-3.
OK, I didn't see this office depot deal and jumped on the current Staples 250 gig deal at my local Staples B&M yesterday. I bought 2 of them, but they are sitting here un-opened. Can I return these and go with the Office Depot drives instead?
If I can return them, how long do I have to do...

If I can return them, how long do I have to do so (I'd like to wait till I...
OK, I missed the part about the games up above. I am using this for a HTPC application and am not playing any games on it. So is the gripe that you want the sound card to encode non Dolby Digital sound to dolby digital? I guess I never really expected it to do that. It does output the signal...
I don't think that is entirely true. I have the maddog enternainer version of this sound card and all I have running to my Denon is the SPDIF cable. 1 cable, that's it.
I use it for listening to mp3's, watching d/led videos and, and of course playing dvd's with Dolby Digital sound! Works...
