Best app to track fitness and calories?

I use MFP, and have it linked to Endomondo for tracking calories burned during workouts with a Zephyr bluetooth HRM.

VESA mountable MINI-ITX motherboard

If the mount isn't low profile, why not just grab a motherboard tray and trim it so an unused area gets sandwiched between one of the brackets attached to the TV and the TV. Use washers of the same thickness on the other side. If the TV is larger you should have enough room to hide the motherboard.

I used the $20 monoprice one for mine. I just made sure I hit 2 studs. No problems whatsoever, I could hang from it. I bought the low profile non-tilting one.

None. I'd say skip the rears and get a good 50-75x4 channel bridgeable amp. Bridge the rear channels to an 8 or 10.

Ok, let me rephrase it. I have made a bit of progress in the last 3 months, looking at pictures I would say I've lost 5%+ body fat. Do I keep going the way I am, by eating 1800 calories a day based on a 200lb target (+ any calories burned working out according to my HRM) Or bump up to 2120...

I'm 6'1" and when I was 230 and out of shape I thought 200 sounded like a good number, as 185 is the "high" end of "normal" according to BMI. I'm now at 215, lifting for the last 3 months every other day. No cardio, but I get my peak HR while lifting in the low 180s and averages in the mid...

WMC7 HTPC, how do I get all my volumes in sync?

I've added the "PIP Tube" app for YouTube using the youtube.com/tv interface and Pandora for Xbox The volumes are low compared to TV and Netflix. Is there anyway to adjust these volumes to more closely match when I switch between media?

Kids strength training

Kids are just curious. I know when I was doing "Insanity" my 8 year old daughter kept asking to do it with me. I just kept letting her know she doesn't have to do the whole thing if she got tired. She took a lot of breaks at first, but wanted to do more.
