I have a laptop that according to specs, has a max of 1 gb of ram. I am currently running it with 1.5 mb of ram without trouble. I wrote to the manufacturer however, because I've recently purchaced a newer model from ebay. The newer model has specs which identify a max of 1.5gb ram...
Watch out for the depth on these cheap cases folks. The MB in my box right now requires a minimum of 18.5 inches or some of my drives are forced to stick out the front.
