pc-50 is shorter, but just as long. Power supply sits sideways in the pc-50 series cases right above the processor. Also pc-50 has removable motherboard where pc-7 does not.

Yes most of the front panels look interchangable and talking to a company that sells replacement front's said that the pc-7 and pc-60 are. Some are just more expensive than others because of the rounded edges.

I personally like aluminum cases, so I ordered this to see how it is and it's pretty cool. And not to bad for the price other than the front panel is plastic and is very durable and heavy. $75 shipped.
