Vista 64bit HD taking up 35Gb+ ??

Something seems wrong here. 40GB partition and its taking up almost all of it. I have run the Vista SP1 Cleaner and its seems it cleaned out 2GB but im still on at least 35 gigs. There are a few windows folders holding all the data. Is this a common issue? V
