I guess the "Peak voltage shut-down " allows top-off. I tested it by continuing charging a set of already charged battery and the charger automatically shut off within about 15 minutes. This is more like a "smart" charger like the Maha 204, and costs you a lot less if you don't mind longer...
Got a LIte-On, and the receipt shows a warehouse address in Philadelphia area, and NJ 08075. I guess all OM stores around should carry the lite-ons. Good luck! and thanks for the great deal
This site sells a 400W PS for $8.
The picture does look like the same as Linkworld 400W in a thread a while ago selling for $19.
Someone want to investigate?
I purchased a Diamond supraexpress 56i ISA from compgeeks.com about a week ago when it was on sale for $14 +5 S/H = 19. I replaced my old Jaton win modem with this one and now I can always connect at little higher speed. My (f**king Verizon) phone line sucks
Just browsed into this place. A hardware voice modem from USR is priced at $19.99:
www.microtechcomputers.com/product.asp?Sku=MOUSR5695BULK
ground shipping is 7.75, not bad too.
I'm not sure about this company's rating, resellerratings.com does not have their name
user comments on the sparkle 250W are very positive. I ordered one from here:

It will come in tommorrow
**update**
Just reveived and installed on my Duron 1G. Exactly as other users reviewed, this...
I tested it on my Duron 1G with minimal load of hardware, I could clearly hear high pitch noise that varies with CPU load. I don't know if this is normal, but for a 400W on Duron 1G, it's hard to believe. The fan is kinda loud too. Where is the advantage of "automatic fan speed control" that is...

Definitely this is a generic unit, NOT a "Linkworld" brand name. And it runs fairly warm by touch on my Duron 1G, with one 7200 Maxtor 740X, and a regular CD-ROM. Hard to believe.
I'm returning it in exchange for a "Highpower" 300W
Received mine today.
But something bothers me: Nowhere one the label I could find "LinkWorld", and NO brand AT ALL. This makes me believe that this unit is not Linkworld, any may not have all the functions metioned. The label also shows "Made in Thailand"???
Guys, what does your unit's lable say?
