Geforce 5650, is it really that bad?

Power line error reported

I thought it might be the PSU, it's already my second. I just found it very strange that the screen went all funny. I've replaced my PSU with a Antec 350, cost a bit more but hope this one lasts a bit longer. Thanks

The monitor is only about 2 years old. I forgot to mention, the higher resolutions worked fine before installing the latest driver. But then again I couldn't play Quake etc. At first I thought it's trying to protect the monitor by letting the desktop resolution increase but not the screen...

Reserved, that can't be good. Anyway. . . A long beep followed by a 2 short beeps, indicates that the bios can not initialise the Video screen. You should perhaps try and use a PCI video card (if you can find one). You should then flash your bios again.

I managed to change the permissions on the folders by loggin in as administrator (safe mode). You have to right click over the folder and then select permissions, you can then add users on the permission list.

I didn't encrypt the folders, I can't. I'm sure you can only do that in the Professional version. I only made them private/restricted. Do these folders just get encrypted automatically?

Is there any way of accessing a restriced folder in WinXP? I had to re-install WinXP and now I can't access my previous User folders, which was set to private. My e-mails and downloads are now all unaccesable.
