yep, conductive defogger paint. If you have to make a small mess of it, I think alcohol will clean it up, and I KNOW acetone will. Practice on a circuit on an old 14.4 modem or something, so you only have to do it once.

I'm glad I read this thread, cause now I know what Gmail is. I've been longing to be rid of Hotmail ever since my storage level reached critical a while ago. Not only is the storage small and the attachments weak, but the stupid thing filters out half the correspondence I want to keep!!
I did that to 3 pc's that wouldn't run at all and charged her $150. Most of my time was spent downloading windows updates @ 2.5KB/s. Next time, I'll have it all on a disk.
What motherboard are you looking to mod? I have a bunch of resistors and a couple potentiometers, but I'll have to look at the exact specs.
edit: I've got the 1Meg-ohm resistors you need. The potentiometer I have is a 5Meg-ohm, but it goes from 1 ohm all the way to 5 Meg-ohm, and it's not...
