Hey gang...
Anyone recommend a QUALITY DVI switcher for PC use? I have a 2005FPW with 1680x1050 resolution which I use for my PC. I need a quality DVI so I can switch to my laptop outputting the same resolution. I've seen there are plenty of pretty reasonable solutions for under $100, but...
Never too late! :)
I havent had a chance to try out the LMHOST route... I have to read up on it a bit more and I've been caught up with work/school.
I can tell you for sure they are in the same workgroup and the range is fine too..
Now pinging... this was very strange... assume the...
ok tried that out, but it didnt work... the laptops were completly unable to see the network when I did that... any other possible culprits? Same exact symptoms as I described above :(
Hey all,
I have already setup a working WinXP Pro SP2 network which includes a NetGear wireless router which is connected by cable to my desktop PC. The desktop is what would always be on and has my printer connected to it.
I have two laptops in my house which are obviously not on all the...
Hey yall,
I'm having an issue I can't seem to resolve in setting up a wired/wireless network with WinXP SP2. I am sharing a DSL connection connected to a Netgear router. My desktop is connected to the router using a wired connection. I have a laptop with built in wireless which is using my...
I managed to snag one... had to be there at 2:30 in the morning though!
The store was absolute chaos... took me until about 8:30 to pay for the damn thing....
Thanks - it would still workout to be a good deal for me because I doubt my mom will mind the shared memory :) Tryin to get her a nice little lappy for basically browsing and some work on Word.
Hey guys,
My 2 year oldish system is acting up. My ASUS PC Probe is complaning randomly when the +12v and +5v drop from time to time... this has never happened. Also, my mouse and entire PC will kind of "freeze" as I try to move the mouse across the screen (all operations kind of "halt" for...

16ms response time... looks pretty good. They are telling me they will have more in stock tommorow (10/20). Does anyone have any experience with this LCD? I couldn't find anything on it...
I dont recommend this drive... the flash utilities sucks, the company has no support... and the drive works well when it wants too and you can tell by the reviews people give it. I would recommend the Pioneer 106 drive... $125 and perfect burns everytime.
I highly recommend Xenogears to just about everyone.... Xenosaga on the other hand, is pretty decent if you are into the world of Xenogears (it gives you a taste of the same type of stuff). It is very heavy on FMV and is not very long compared to most current RPG offerings. A steal for $29...
You can no longer have DSL svc through Bellsouth if you have Supra. Call Bellsouth DSL yourself if you dont believe it.
As far as Supra having better service? Hardly... reps who have no idea what they are doing and only blame things on someone else when they cant solve it.
You get what you...
Hey everyone,
My dilema w/ my new system has me lost.
I recently upgraded by system from a P3-800 to a new Asus P4B266-C w/ an Intel P4 1.6a processor. I also got a stick of PC2700 RAM of Corsair RAM (256MB). I upgraded by PSU to an Enermax 430W unit.
My problem is the system posts, boots...
Yeah, to be at 133FSB I'm fine w/ the 1.5V, however I cant even boot(system just hangs before even ASUS boot screen shows up while beeping) into the higher FSB's if I dont set my voltage to about 1.60 to 1.65.
The plugs I only have the P4 plug on. Would the EZplug have to plugged in too?
