    i agree, it is a nice quiet fan, since i don't over clock i find that the noise level has dropped tremendously over my previous system. it is also running much cooler too. now the real test is to see if how it does with the case closed... maybe i need more holes in my case.

    I found the artic-cooling site explaining that I should disable the rpm detection setting in the bios to boot it up. I did it and it is working. I get cpu temps about 55 degrees F at half load, while my case is at 40F what are some of your readings? usually my rpm for cpu is at 1200 rpm...
