I don't think there's such EQ program that be used to adjust EACH of the 5.1 channels. Why not just use the (stereo/DSP) EQ software that came with your Realtek and adjust the level of EACH 5.1 channels in your amp?
get a used canon 300D or nikon D50 and use RAW format instead of JPEG.. RAW will allow you more flexibility in editing the photos for the magazine... more /higher megapixel doesn't always mean better pictures..

ive experienced an infinite loop while installing winXP..i was using a sata HD.. i tried using another sata port (moved it from port 3 to port 1) and the problem went away...
in your case, try to check how the HD is installed- check the jumper and then try to swap IDE 1 & 2...
reinstall your OS..this time remove your card reader and other harddrives...

i dont think it is a good idea to connect a 120mm fan into the mobo's header...it uses more current than the smaller fan such as the "regular/stock cpu fan...connect it into the molex connectors from the PSU...
go into the bios, you might be able to disable the "CPU Fan Error" feature...
