Windows XP Client for NT4 Server?

Hi guys, this "may" seem like a silly question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway...... A small network has Windows 98 Client PC's on it, and has NT4 on it's Servers (2 of) One PC does have Windows M.E. on it and seem to work o.k. but I have been "lead to believe" that Windows XP will not work with...

Soundcards connected from CD's using digital cable?

Hi all..... Has anyone connected their CD-Rom/DVD to a soundcard using an "digital" PDIF cable? If so, is there a noticable difference in sound Quality? The card is a 5.1 Live Surround, they will be using 5300 EAX/Dolby Surround speakers..... O.S. will be Win 2k Pro Thx Wain

I have an Epson Photo 890, I use Epson cartridges and Epson Paper...... I can scan a photo (Using Canon 630u) and print results on photo paper that are a direct copy of the original! This isn't my first Epson Printer and I work within an environment that uses mainly Epson Printers all day...

Aircooled- You are saying I should install both?? On my current (old) PC I use Clone for imaging a CD to HD before I burn it, and Direct CD for drag and drop transfers..... Please give a little more info ;- ) And thanks! Wain

R9700 - Need Multimedia Center 7.8 for DVD player!

Asus P4t533-c or Raid?

Thanks for the info, I understood that there would be a bigger performance difference if I bought the P4t533-raid version! ? I thought the P4t533-c (non raid) and adding a card afterwards was slower? If I did get the raid version I would add 2 drives straight away and arrange them for speed...

Thanks jliechty... I do see your point, I am running 512Mb at the moment and it seems to suite my purpose, but do change this fairly regular regardless! I don't suppose the 2.5Ghz CPU will stay in the case too long as the benefit of waiting for the *478-P4 was a future bolt-in of a newer CPU...
