I was interested to read on the follow up to Anand's home theater...but I can not find any blogs. Did he ever post them. I wanted to know more about his sound selections.
I wanted to upgrade my Asus A7N66-E to the fastest possible cpu. According to Asus, the fastest I can run is the Athlon XP 2400+. Though when I look at Athlon XP 2400+ I can use eitehr a thorton or thoroughbred. I just don't know what the difference is between these two cpus (even though they...
I'd greatly appreciate anyone helping me understand the difference between the Enermax Coolergiant P series and Coolergiant PFC series. Enermax has a Q&A on the site but the answer to that question seems sort of technical (see below). From reading here and there on the web I believe PFC stands...

Thanks for answering. I am still a bit confused. Why can't I get 5.1 gaming? Does the minijack to mono/stereo RCA cable carry a digital signal? Also, can I get 5.1 gaming sound with the Audigy 2 (not the ZS version)???
Thanks... Chris
Hi,
I was thinking of purchasing a Creative Labs Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card. I currently have the Logitech Z680 Speakers. My concern is what I have read on the Creative Labs web site and in other forums about the digital connection to a 5.1 speaker system. The Audigy 2 ZS has a single digital...
I plan on buying a 5900 Ultra. Later, I also plan to build a new system (6 months from now). My current system has an AGP 4x motherboard (Nforce with 256 MB RAM, XP 2400, etc) though. I am wondering if the AGP 4x will drag my video card performance down and by how much possible? I read an...
I want to set up an IrDA (infrared) for some mobile devices. My motherboard supports this and has a header. I did notice also now there exist many USB solutions. I want to get something that does not cost tooo much. I am open to both external of the case and internal. Please give me some...

FYI, many XP users have issues running Black & White. All fan sites are filled with forums of XP users pulling their hair out. Lionhead does not certify it for XP either. It is a great game but I gave up do to all the crashes back to my XP desktop.
I think those $10 rebates on Splinter Cell, Raven Shield, C&C Generals are pretty good. I'd just say regarding LOTR Fellowship of the Ring that it got very low scores on game review sites (like just over half). I used to jump on free games and cheap games but then in the end I just don't play...
And I was shocked when I came across the site that sold urine to beat drug tests...
When I was in the armed forces some guy that played chicks around the base got poopoo in a box during mail call. He always got goodies that these chicks baked up so naturally he was talking crap on how the only...
HAD TO RMA 3 IBM HARD DRIVES ALL WITHIN SAME 5 MONTHS....
AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Also, if you got screwed by IBM, then join the class act law suit. I didn't bother using the last drive as it wasn't worth the pain of starting over again....
FYI for peeps who live on a high protein diet....
I have found many stores that sell regular food and deserts that are low carb and high protein. These stores can be found and many sell online. The very first need seemed to be diabetics and people with medical conditions other than that...
If I spend that much money...I might as well get a 256MB card. When the next one comes out I see who has the better card (Nvidia or ATI). I read Nvidia is also going to to a fast relase of NV35 and will have a 256 (hopefully the heat issue and cooling solution will be work out by then).
I always try to buy one year old games...
First off they are cheap (than when they just came out so you save)
Next, you don't have to upgrade to the newest video card each time (since you use the vid card longer you save)
RTCW has a great single player....really fun....get it!
Rich Dad Poor Dad is a great book that teaches you to see how to get out of the rat race (change your way of thinking). His other books go into the details more on the how to do it. I'd seriously recommend Rich Dad Poor Dad to anyone. It is a great book.
I did that to a friend of mine. The thing is I put everything in his name so his wife was really confused when it arrived (which made it even better!) :D
These PETA idiots are against using even mice in the search for cures and vaccines. These bastards have said that they would rather a mice live than save the lives of people. What sort of losers put the value of an animal before that of our children, family, friends, and any human being for...
Wasn't planning on wearing it on the head. hjlin, you are just upset because your penis is so small you can use a regular condom without unrolling it :)
....and even then it is a bit too long for you :Q
I was wondering if anyone new whether or not the BIOS and A7N8X would support the new 400MHz FSB Athlon XPs that will be coming in May (hopefully)????
I want to buy this board but I really want to get a 400MHz FSB Barton too!
Also, if it does...
If you have ever read and understood the rating process for cpus, you would want to go with retail. They are of a higher quality on a clock for clock comparison to OEM when it comes to cpus. I don't even want to begin writing the massive information on this subject so just poke around. I had...
