I was able to get a 5900x from MC here in Georgia. I’m really looking for a 5950x so I’ll be willing to trade this part for someone that may have a 5950x.

You can use Citrix User Profile Management which is bit more advanced than Microsoft Roaming Profiles and doesn't require you to have it on a Server OS.
Just fired it up and of course it's BIOS version 1.0 now I am attempting to flash it to the latest one.

Was able to successfully flash the BIOS to 1.6.
