    How do I test my server and see what "they" see? Time to load etc.?

    Go to anonymizer.com at midnight... Something of the sort basically...I think dsl reports has pinger that they ustilize for such things.. can I get the ip? or DNS? I'll tell you what I see.. from my oc-12 ;)

    home video editing: what's the "best" software?

    A friend accross the hall here has Final cut Pro 3 and it seriously puts Premiere to shame...If i can say that(Premiere is still VERY VERY GOOD) The interface is great, and he is making the greatest vids I have ever seen....

    Win2k Server install problem with Raid???

    yeah... i would check the floppy disk and drive.. Coincidently I was also recently reinstalling win2k adv server...some how nimda got through... THe floppy on the server I was working on was screwed yp and I got about the same error...once I fixed it the install went through flawlessly
