Try it... The first step of the installation will copy the OS on the hard drive and once it the first restart
turn off the computer and unplug the DVD or CD-ROM Drive or use only one. It will work.

Found the problem that cause it to hang on the splash window. It was the DVD Drive. Once I remove both
dvd-rw and my dvd drive, it boot up just fine. I decide to try just the dvd-rw and it work. Maybe the dvd drive I have is old and the driver might not be compatible. Well guys...
I just try updating the Bio's still does not fix the problem. Still hang's on the windows screen with the
scroll bar. After the first reboot, installing Windows XP Pro w/SP2.

The intel board that I have only can change the CAS Setting, but not voltage. The intel board can only
use DDR2 memory, not DDR. Slight differents. I have Infineon memory 32Mx64 SDRAM DDR2,400,CL3
I don't know if this memory is compatible with this board...

I bought a Dimension 2350 series with a 2.0ghz celeron system for $499 2 weeks ago and now it's $399. Can I call dell customer care and tell them I would like to get the difference back. Anyone think it might work.
Try this reformat everything and install all the driver's. Install the 3rd party software and the very last thing you do is the windows update and SP1. It work on my machine. It's worth a try. SP1 might be the problem. Let me know.
