BIS supports IMAP IDLE, which will "push" email to your BB so you don't need BES. Even gmail and yahoo have push to BB devices through their agreement with RIM. Let me guess, you don't own a BB? ;)

This is why when I deposit a check, I always check the deposit slip before walking out.
I'm surprised this even happened. Most tellers will bring up the account number and be able to see the name the account is under. They then match the name up with the name you entered on your deposit slip...
