Disable Windows Explore From showing video previews

how do you do this? I have win2k, I dont want explore to show that little preview of my video files. please help. thanks!

Dual DDR

I have a Asus A7N8x board, and I was wondering, I currently have 2 sticks of 256mb running on it, would it be bad if I add a another stick of 512mb stick to the 3rd slot? would I loss the dual ddr advantage?

Does anyone know what's the highest speed rating AthlonXp this board can take? I read on the site and it says 2000+, is that true? anyone tried higher speed ratings?

I know that, I've tried putting that ram back in againa and again, still same error. and I am very sure I am not sitting it wrong. and the rams have been tested and it still in working order.

modem wont install under WinXp

My friends has a problem with installing a 56k modem in his computer. The specs of the computer is, Asus A78v deluxe, 2 stick crucial pc2700 256. winxp with latest patches. everytime he tries to install drivers for the modem, i gives him a invalid data msg. we tried serveral modems already...

ok, now that I know I need a switch, which is better: LinkSys EZXS16W or Netgear FS116 or any other I should consider? One more thing, how come the linksys one says workgroup switch, is this any different than regular switch?
