Well....I got myself a new 80gb Seagate today....swapped the pcb from it...to the 20gb, it spins nicely, but that's about it...bios doesn't pick it up, worth a try I guess. I'm just gona have to hunt down a 20 gb now. Not much of those around in Oz as they used to.:frown:
That sounds promising Susan....I'm hoping to get the new drive today or tomorrow.
As I said, the same drive should work, but I really don't want to be stuck with a 20gb again.
