Does the P4B533-V have problems with Corsair XMS Ram or not!?!?

i have ASUS P4B533-V (rev 1.01) bios 1004.010 with 2 sticks of 512 XMS300 ram! im running win xp pro on P4 2.4B 133 FSB139 4:5 CL2-3-3 2.7V : after a time windows does not boot anymore, blue screen at boot sequence! sometimes u have to reinstall XP.. FSB132 3:4 CL2-3-3 2.7V : windows freezes...

why no XP standby with P4B533-V ???

with the ASUS P4B533-V board i don't get a standby knob (grey/unavailable) in XP pro :( anybody have the same problem or can help me? (matrox XP graphic card drivers are installed..)

is there a difference between the 3000C2 and the 3200 @185Mhz ? does the 3200 perform equal @185 (C2 etc.) ? price is the same..
