AutoGK (Auto Gordian Knot) video playback problem

I encoded a DVD to AVI using Auto GK, and the quality of the video is fine, except that it plays the AVI file back as if it were fast forward. The audio is also out of sync. Anyone know how to fix this? Much appreciated! I could not find into on this online. I am a novice and I thought...

Need advice - house listing & picking an agent

I would like to have some honest, sympathetic opinions! I want to sell my house, but I don't want to be impractical or unnecessarily rude to my agent, since I am also good friends with her son, and she is a "nice lady." But if she is so nice, why would she be so desperate to keep my listing?

I have a rootkit..... =(
