part 4 opteron review

WE all must remember that unless they change the core for Athlon 64, its going to be slower Mhz to Mhz to that of the Opteron. Say goodbye to 1Mhz L2 cache and Dual DDR memory, and say hello to 256K L2 Cache and single DDR memory! That said, im not sure how competitive the Athlon 64 will be...

Because they were probably given to them by america many years ago. Scud missiles arent again UN law. Unless they have a nuke in them...

Well hopefully it wont come down to an urban warfare. WE can only hope that most of the iraqy soliders surrender to the allied forced.

Basically.... But i really doubt the war would of been averted even if he did! Bush made that 48 hour altermative because he knew saddam wouldnt budge! You are aware that he kills many of his people all the time, arent you? :)

What on earth are you talking about? You're a crazy man. There were no missiles launched at Israel. Iraq fired four SCUD missiles into Kuwait, the U.S. says two were intercepted by Patriots and two land harmlessly in desert. Kuwait isn't Israel!!

How to check a NIC's CPU utilization?

3Com cards are actually regarded as using the lowest CPU power out of them all.. Even intel. Those problems with that 3com cards arent typical! Ive used many of them through all platforms and never had troubles!

Here is a review. http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/roundupmobo/via-c3-nehemiah.html They run like complete crud. Only thing that looks good for them is SMP support in the future and if you wanted a system to internet on :)

Stock retail-boxed AMD heatsink fan units- your thoughts?

I dont know why people actually put down these coolers. They keep the CPU at a level that isnt dangerous. Do you really expect AMD to provide a 7000rpm copper cooler with their retail products?
