So these chips are in the ram slots? I would pull them out, and if the amount of ram you have on boot up dosent change add more ram if you'd like. If the amount of ram dropped stick them back in.
I have 4 case fans also and if you could double the cfm i'd go for it. Having a cool case is a very good thing for your overclock. Keeps the videocard, north bridge, hd cool.

Sonys new planetside take a lot of ram. Alt-tabed out of the game and it was using about 500 mb not including the os and what ever i had running in the background. I would suggest getting a gig of ram. Now a days for new games the min you want is 512.
