Last week I upgraded my computer based around an Asus P4S533 motherboard. All very straightforward and working fine. I'm running XP professional however, and in the device manager all IDE devices are detected as SCSI type. Does anyone know why windows should install SCSI drivers for an IDE...

SiS648 / SiS655 mobos - when to expect?
