I tried to get a brick, but the cashier told me it was the freight box and not for individule sale. So YMMV. Good deal if you can get it though! I found them on the top shelf above the single packs. It was near the board games and card games like Uno.
I didn't get the $10 either. My phone is from Verizon, though DSL isn't offered in my area. They ask me if I had the letter in front of me so I could read something off it. The CSR was very nice tough.
