ok, its a 2003 eclipse gt. the problem is that the boot is one solid piece of rubber. i can kind of slide it one way or the other. but there is too much rubber for me to get enough moved to where i can just put the wire straight through. i'll probably attack some of it with my box cutter...

this sucks! here i am all ready to finish up the car stereo and i can't get the speaker through the little rubber boot that connects the front door to the inside of the car. oh well. i guess i'll just drink today instead.

hey everyone. i have a 2003 eclipse and i just got done putting it all back together after putting in a new deck and a sub. well now i've decided to go and put in a whole new system, speakers, different subs, the works. anyway i'm in a small town right now with no real way to check anything...

i usually get between 22 and 23 in my 03 eclipse gt. thats mostly city driving though.
