Canon i850 printhead dies

If your getting the Canon i560, get it at Office Depot. They have a $50 rebate making the total cost around $50. The one I picked up came with full cartridges too, no cable. OD Printer Rebate This deal expires today though (Sat. 6/19).

SATA problem

After you press F6 the Windows install will continue to run through pre install procedures and eventually give you the option to install other drivers from a floppy..about 3 minutes or so depending. This delay can give the impression that the F6 keypress did not work.

IS there a way to unclog a canon print head

ATI 9800np overclocking - slightly disappointed

Hm, PSU? That would definitely explain things. Have a Enermax 330w, oldest component in the system. It's powered 4 different systems over the last three years, so replacing that will probably be my next move. Currently running 4 drives, 3 fans, P4 etc. Thanks for the advice.

BenQ was formerly known as Acer, fyi. Don't really have any information regarding their LCD's but based on name alone I would stick with LG. From the few components I have had from each, the Lucky Goldstar have performed better (CD/DVD drives mainly).

Sounds like "The Bat!" would do the job here. The Bat! Been using it for over a year, handles multiple accounts VERY well. Havnt tried spam filtering but Im pretty sure it supports that. Handles viruses much better than Outlook/OE. They have a free trial download.

Thanks for the advice. Going to try 3:4 again and re-bench but your right, the 2x256 pc2400 is really going to hold me back. Too bad memory prices are on the rise otherwise might consider 1x512 xms3200.

Best Printer on the Market?

Help me kick this hardrive's ass

What worked with my 15GB 75GXP was smacking it with a rubber mallet a few times...allowed for one last backup. Guess the impact helps unfreeze bearings for a short amount of time. Had the same symptoms as you also (grinding, primary master failure etc.).

I second that. Sounds like a memory error to me, make sure your memory settings are conservative (cas3 etc.) and if that fails try using a different stick if possible.

Remanufactured Inkjet Cartridges: Good or Bad

Also own a 990 (960 w/duplexer). Ive been refilling and it has been working out pretty good. You might want to consider refilling your existing cart's, its alot cheaper but can be a pain, depends on your technical ability. The worst that can happen is you ruin a cartridge and waste some ink...
