the first post gets out of date way too quickly anyway. When do you take something off of the first post? How do you know when the sale is over?
Its better to just post replies when you find something, anyway.
I think this game is $29 everywhere now. The Best Buy ad said "New Low Price: 29", not "sale:" or "save". That would imlpy that you could get it t Best Buy for $24.99 after the gamers card any day.
From the ad, it is pretty clear that it is just those 10 games. It says "on these top 10 games", not "on the top ten games for each of the platforms that we sell". It says "these" 10, and then lists 10. So those are the 10 you have to choose from.
Too bad, because I was hoping to get Zelda.
Worked fine at the Quizno's on 19th street in DC. They even let us get regular and large subs and pay the difference. I got a large sub, a drink and chips, and they just added up the cost of all of that (about $8) and deducted the cost of a small sub (about $4). Final price was about $4...
I went to the FYE in Mazza Galerie in DC last night. They had this Gamecube deal:
GC bundle with console plus three games: Defender, Spyro Gyro, and Crash Bandicott. This was for $149 - $20 MIR for $129 total. I tried to get one with a free Zelda, but the lady there told me that you...

You need to make yourself sound important. When they ask you where you work, don't answer "Restuarant->Denny's->Dishwasher->Late Nite". Answer more like "Computers/IT->Management->CTO" and you might get more responses. I'm not sure why a CTO needs to get Computer Gaming World, but whatever...
I wonder if you can still get the extra free game from Nintendo with this deal... Since it comes from Nintendo, Costco might not mind. But I'm not sure if the free game deal is supposed to work with bundles like the Mario bundle.
I have one of those Blue Kazoo bags, and it is really nice. I paid about $120 for a long at Hudson Trail on a closeout sale, I was really lucky. I'm not trying to brag, just seconding the recommendation.
This could be the price drop -- there was never anything official saying it would go down $50. Maybe they will just go to $179. Or maybe this is just a trial, and Sony will announce "official" pricing depending on how it goes at ebgames. Or maybe they will decide to raise prices. Who knows...
I'm not sure what street it is on... it is the one down the street from Barnes and Noble, towards the new Giant, kinda across the street from Cameron's. The used MP I got didn't have a manually, BTW.

I saw several Metroid Prime's with $19.99 stickers at the Blockbuster in Bethesda, MD. They also had about 5 used copies for $15 each. It looks like a fairly permanent deal to me.

Thump553, The DLS sub that everyone likes on hometheaterforum.com isn't being sold anymore. They all like the DLS-10, which is a powered sub. you linked to is a passive sub.

The only big drawback to this is that you get the big old controller (if the picture is accurate).
Is there any reason to buy one of the newer xbox's over a first generation one? Do the newer ones have bigger hard drives or anything?
The problem with Chipotle is that they put the cheese on at the end. The cheese is cold, and it cools down the whole burrito. The secret to a great burrito is to put the cheese on *before* you put the tortilla in the tortilla press - that way, the cheese melts down on the tortilla before you...
