Costco is selling as package. I went to Costco in Northridge, CA and they are bundled.
Circuit City has it on sale and in stock as of today. Check online.
I just purchased one, except upgraded to XP Prof. too good a deal to passup. Big savings over the current new XPS Gen4. This System is fully loaded for my needs.
Been thinking about buying a new system and this deal made my decision for me.

Update: I drove just 2 blocks from my house and the phone was able to connect to the T-Mobile network. It appears the few blocks around my house is a dead zone. I used the phone in the Topanga Mall stores etc. The coverage in the Valley is good.
