It's the same return rules they have at the current fry's now. Basically if you return something, it has to be in "like-new condition" with original receipt and packaging. It's pretty standard return policy at electronics/computer stores. I don't think it's fair to compare an electronics store...
Any one know much about UPS batteries? I think our network powercell batteries are dying and wanted to know what kind of batteries I can replace them with. Looks like the UPS has a 2 cell setup. 2 x 6V 10AH batteries in it. Can you replace that with a single cell 12V 12AH battery? Would the 2...
Walmart and Fry's has this charger on sale for $24.99 all the time. Pricematch to one of those stores and use your gift certificate for a better deal. Probably have to pad it with some batteries to use the $30 GC. Fry's had the charger on sale this past week for $24.99.
Fry's seems to have this case once in a while for $59.99. It was onsale this past week for that price. Nice looking case, just wish it came with a 350W PSU though.
I saw a 350Watt Kingwin PSU at Frys the other day for $54. I hear they make good cases, but I never heard anything about them making PSUs. Any thoughts on the PSUs? I haven't been able to find any reviews about it. I did find one review here for the Kingwin 450W.
You can also get this charger at Fry's for $24.99 too. The Palo Alto one has both models, either the free batteries or the car adapter. They also have the 40pk Maxell AA batteries for $5 AR. BTW, I also saw that they have the new Panasonic NiMh 1950maH batteries in stock too. Not sure how good...
Here's a couple of teaser deals I found out will be at Fry's (BA):
80GB Maxtor w/ 8MB cache for $50 after rebate with free 256mb pc133 memory
64mb usb drive free after rebate
linksys usb network adapter that works with PS2s for $25
128mb brand name CF for $20 after rebate
That's all the deals I...
I would be all over this deal, but I just can't afford it right now. :( But I thought I would share this.
512MB for $160.19
256MB for $97.20 + $3 shipping (no tax to most places)
Prices are with a 10% coupon floating around. Cheapest on pricewatch respectively are $123 and $202.
I bought both the Liteon as well as the Optowrite version at the B&M. Both boxes look exactly the same except for 2 things. 1) the "Drive Model reads LTR/48125W" for the Liteon and 2) the serial number is a 12 digit instead of alphanumeric for the Optowrite. I would go to a B&M and ask to look...
Sounds like a decent price, but 50 db! Yikes! Sounds like a 747 taking off. I had a pair similar to these (delta too) that had similar specs and it was loud! Had to replace them with quieter ones to save my ears. If you need the airflow, this is probably the best one for 60mm, but your ears will...
Those of you who switched to synthetic, did you guys follow the Oil Bible and do a "flushing" first? I recently spent some major $$ to fix a leak in my car. Not sure if it had anything to do with me switching to synthetic a few months prior. It's been a good 6 months. Anyway, the repair place...
Do you have 1-click enabled? I added something from the "Office store" tab on amazon and checked out, but it let me review the details before a final checkout. I didn't enable 1-click.
Good luck trying to find any C60's at OM. Most of them cleared them out last week (depending on region). Doesn't do much good to pricematch at compusa b/c the rebates are contingent on buying a system with the printer. Good price though, if it works.
Just got back from CompUSA. All the stuff that's "FREE" on the front page is only free if you buy with a system. Also, the 120GB SE WD is $229.99 in store (That's with the $40 instant rebate). I guess the $109 price is only good online. Anyone else see otherwise?
Office Depot supposedly only pricematches other "Office supply stores" according to their pricematch policy. I tried this a few months ago and was told Best Buy wasn't an office store. You got a nice manager.
OD's price match policy says they only pricematch other office supply stores. I tried this in Palo Alto. The manager quoted their policy when I tried to price match a hard drive at Best Buy. If you get a nice manager who will, then you're lucky.
How did you get $550 for the PV174? It's $740 at dell.com. With 10% + 5% stackable discount = $108. $740 - $108 = $632 with free shipping today. Even with ebates, that's only 2%. How did you get another $80 off? There's a couple of other 17" Planar LCDs for around $640 before discount. Are you...
