Are there any newsgroups or chats for Visual Studio .NET?

I forgot to mention. There are several microsoft newsgroups which cover .NET but to be honest I haven't found them to be particularly useful. Search on vstudio or vsnet and microsoft. Again, if anyone knows of a better newsgroup I'd like to know too!
