^^^ What he said. Since your performance is correct, you can ignore reports saying you have a HD 4000 running as your graphics. Your computer will automatically switch between the HD 4000 and the 660 Ti as necessary based on your usage.

Ok, nanaki's picture through me completely off. Using as the "truth", it looks connected appropriately. To launch the device manager, you can follow instructions from: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000833.htm#00 It should list "GTX 660 Ti" under "Display adapters"

I'm confused. Isn't a GTX 660 Ti a dual-slot card? Also, it says "Nvidia HD Audio" even though that video card has no HDMI.

Sprint Data Speeds in Bay Area

In San Mateo or Cupertino/Sunnyvale I can get up to 20mbps on LTE. Yesterday in Oakland down to Hayward, LTE was only 4-5mbps.

Ultralight lappy with 1920x1080 or higher, replaceable HDD, upgradable RAM?

The UX32 can be upgraded to 10GB RAM (2GB is soldered on, you can swap the other 2GB stick for an 8GB stick). The SSD can be any 7mm SSD, so a Samsung 830 or a Crucial M4 (SSD1)

First time build advice for gaming PC

Just as a price note, the Samsung 830 256GB frequently goes for $150-$165. Might be worthwhile to upgrade that so you can keep all your games on the SSD.

Short case with at least 5 internal bays?

As an add-on to the mITX recommendations , there's also some of the Lian-Li cases (PC-Q25 and PC-Q08). I will comment though that I use a Define Mini for my file server and I'm using another for a separate build. Great cases IMO...

Seasonic modular cables

I have a bunch myself. Why do you need more? I bought an X-400 but I needed SATA for 8 devices when it only came with SATA for 5. When I e-mailed Seasonic about buying more cables, they just sent me more for free (enough for 18 more SATA devices). I'd just e-mail them and see what they say. -...

Computer case manufacturers: PLEASE MAKE ME

Maybe a M300 (http://www.mini-box.com/M300-Enclosure-w-Bootable-CF-Reader_2)? You can sometimes use http://www.mini-itx.com/store/?c=3 to get an idea of what's out there, although I don't think any of them have been updated recently to support USB 3 front ports.

Seasonic knows how to impress a geek

I bought a x400 and I needed more SATA cables. I asked them where I could buy a single 3xSATA Power cable for it and they sent me 4-3x ones and 2-2x ones for free. Seasonic is awesome in my book.

Dual PSU problems

I think it also needs a minimum load on the 5V rail. I've seen some things mention throwing a 10 ohm, 10 watt resistor on the 5V rail. Some power supplies don't provide power on the 12V rail if there isn't also a load on the 5V rail.

OCZ falsely advertising 25nm Vertex 2 drives?

Did you people get as mad when they switched from Indilinx to Sandforce? Apparently the 120GB Vertex drives formatted to 119 and the 120GB Vertex 2 drives formatted to 111GB. During the entire time, it's still always been packaged with 128GB in NAND chips. That's less "usable" space in that...

NVIDIA Firewall blocks DHCP?

Thats what I think is the solution I'm gonna be stuck with. With the NVIDIA Firewall just installed I couldn't transfer files over 3 Mbps from another computer. Once I uninstalled it, it went back up to 90-ish. I wonder when they're gonna have nice, perfectly functioning Forceware...

I tried allowed it for TCP/UDP (is that where you're supposed to?) but it didn't make a difference. I'm sure I could do it staticly, but I'm hoping for a solution rather than a workaround.

Two Controller Cards Not Allowed?

Actually, powerwise I was fine. It would run as a slave if everything was on a single controller card. Have an Antec TruePower 430 though. It still has some free connectors for maybe more HDDs in the future. :D
