actually those prices are just for the CD, your school is paying MS for the licenses. My schools departments bought the ms license program but it wasnt offered to the students. We had to buy the software for $100 for XP and $200 for office i think. but if your school is buying the licenses...

Nope, road runner is a cable modem ISP, and those aren't free. Its more of a brand name than anything else, becuase ive used ATT, Mediaone & time warner cable modems and they've all been called road runner.
