I was trying to get to AnandTech but it was loading very slow. I thought the Internet might be down, so I checked The Internet Status. Luckily it appears the Internet is up. Anyone else having Internet problems?

DEAD: ONE MORE REBATE-Last Day! - get dell dimenstion 8250 P4 2.4G for MAYBE $60!!

Really strange... I called Dell and because I got the same thing: that I wasnt at an institution that the rebate was valid at. They told me my college actually WAS valid, but says there are only about 10 valid schools on the 'list'. i really lucked out, you guys probably arent so lucky. call...

i got it for 799 w/ 710 in rebates. about 50$ in tax(michigan) and whatever fedex is charging for shipping. how did you get it for 780?

Almost all cables are idential, just packed and labled by different companies. The USB 2.0 A->B is 1.99 which is the best price you will find anywhere for a cable, just because something is a good deal doesnt mean it doesnt work, lol. If you had any problems I'm sure you could return it too...
