Starting TODAY eBay changes to accepting Paypal payments

So, I thought this policy didn't come into effect until the 19th, but I got an email on two things I listed today for "keyword spamming violation" for using the "I only accepted bank draft and paypal balance. I'm confused- can I leave the auction as is or not?

Which is nicer, the Venetian or the Bellagio?

I'm not sure about Bellagio, but all the rooms in the Venetian are suites, so that's neat.

Why do Indian people always ask for discounts?

Um, I drive a Honda, and I smell quite nice. I think its sad that you are embarrassed by your own culture and people. I am consistently impressed by people of all cultures that take the little they have or move away from the entire life and culture they have known to do/make something bigger...

What color suit is good for job interviews?

The typical rules suggest that black is more formal, so dark blue or grey is more appropriate for an interview. That being said, I have a black suit that I try to lighten up with a more casual (colored) shirt. The black suit will be more versitile, because you can wear it to night time events...

Where should I go to look for a futon?

honestly, I looked at futons when I was furnishing my apartment, and I found a decent one to be overpriced. If you are looking for cheap, good furniture, try going to furniture rental places, like Aaron's Rents, and ask to see their sales or clearance section. I got my furniture from there...

Today's Dilbert is funny!!

its really funny...I forwarded to a friend and said "this is you" ;-) on a sidenote, I use to forward the daily dilerts to my coworkers whenever they applied to our workplace. It happened so often that they all just ended up subscribing because I was embarrassed to send it everyday. sad....

resume question

on my resume, I have nothing before college. I think high school is pretty much irrelevant at this point, unless you did something major, like start your own business, etc. Also, most people abide to a 1 page max. My resume is 2 pages, but I do a ton of stuff outside of work...

The specs are 512 RAM (1 stick), 60 GB, Pentium M 750 with the SXGA screen and CD/DVD burner. Its going to be my only computer over the next 4 years, so its not like I need anything extravagant, but just something that will work quickly with lots of spreadsheets, models, etc. and be good to me...

Anyone ever see the movie Glengarry Glen Ross?

Its definetly a great movie for those who appreciate true character movies. I wouldn't go in expecting anything... that always ruins it. A must watch for any salesman, though.

Business card won me a "free lunch", BUT...

I had one for Amercian Express Financial Advisors. It was fine- sit down restaurant, so the guy talked wheile we were waiting for our food, then took down some info and left when we got our food. He didn't pressure us at all. But you never know...I'm sure they are all different.

I smell doughnuts

I brought Shipley's donuts to work today. Shipleys > Krispy Kreme for me. Love chocolate filled....yum yum yum. I'm too nice. No one else ever brings donuts for all, but I would feel guilty if I just brought a donut for myself.

It seems like the consensus is to just be honest, but gentle. I really hope I can find something else there. I loooove jewelry, but I am picky, so I guess I shouldn't be too harsh on him. Hopefully he will understand... thanks guys. i knew i could come to ATOT!

That's probably the best way to go about it....right now, he thinks I really like it because my kneejerk reaction is to just say I love a gift, no matter what it is :P I know this is so girly to say...but it saddens me that, in 2 years, he still has no idea what I like....

I understand...it just seems like its the first time he has gone out on a limb, and if I exchange it, he will be "gun shy", so to speak....you know what I mean? It sucks, because i love being surprised, and I feel like if I tell him, he will never try to surprise me again.... :confused:
