Voltage and heat acting up

Just slapped in my new Allied 450w from Newegg, I overclock my machine, everything's going fine. Then bam, performance is looking weird, my system crashes BSOD I know it's heat related. I look at my bios options and notice that this thing is throwing my 1800+ temps at around 58c in bios with...

New AMD, Windows won't start

where's the choice for the SATA boot? I was guessing that under Primary Boot Device -> Serial ATA is what you were talking about. Also after the initial startup it sais press ctrl+s or F4 to go into Serial RAID setup, I wasn't sure if that's what you were talking about or the Primary boot...

Ok I'll do that. I noticed your AMD guide as well. If you know about AMDs, do you know anything about IDE to SATA connections? I tried to setup my harddrive using the SATA add-on that came with my NF7-S and I was wondering if there was anything I'd need to change in bios to get that working.

hmm i'll try it out I was using it in slots 1 and 3, hopefully #2 is the trick. brb. as far as the memtest it failed twice while tyring it, just stuck at less than 33%

it runs for a while and crashes a few minutes into any 3d game. If I lowered my clock to 150 would it work alright?

that would be fine with me but apparently it crashes my system instead of just lowering the spec. My mem ratio is 1:1 at 155 so shouldn't it still perform ok? I don't mind a little slower ram so long as it works

I have a 1.6a oced @ 155 FSB. I have a 512 ddr corsair 2700 currently in there and want to add a same specced mushkin piece. But it crashes minutes into any game I play, so what's the deal? Mem ratio is 1:1, ratio is 3337

Apparently I can't use two sticks of ram in a P4B533, how come? Should I just upgrade to a 2.4B or 2.53B? In what kind of setup can I get a great overclock and have over 1 gig of ram?

I tried it at regular clock speed normal 1600mhz, I still crashed. if i set it at AUTO will it still put it at 66.6/33.3 ?

Sorry it's a Gainward Geforce 4200 64mb Initially when I overclocked I had the AGP/PCI settings on Auto, I don't know if that could have impaired the card or not. I later went back and changed it to manual 66.6/33.3, on my P4B533

yeah i just upped my vcore .05 ok it crashed the second time through... and after the crash it restarted went to bios and even bios was crashed.. the numbers/letters all blotched together. i think this card sucks.

I upped AGP and it crashed near the end of the test. Then I upped both memory and core voltage .1 and it ran through the test and i got a 4932 as a result with AA and triple buffering.

Prime95 can seemingly run all night long on my computer no problem... at first it was bad but i lowered my FSB to 155 and set my ram to 2.5 3 3 7 and it ran perfectly. I just installed and ran 3dMark2001 SE and guess what happened, it crashed to the usual vertical technicolored line screen on...

how'd you get your ram set up so high? my ram won't go into windows when i do the #6 jumper and set it at 2:3 @ 155 fsb, it is a little high... so i set it back to normal 1:1, a little underclocked but not too bad.
