$5.00 off the Scorpion King dvd coupon

I tryed using this coupon at my BB today and the manager told his people not to accept it. There is some fine print on it about Universal not accepting repros,transfers,fax, yada yada yada. I emailed Universal to ask whats this all about. Anybody else have luck with this??
