yeh thats about what i was recomending. My dad has a 1988 dodge dakota for work around our yard the thing still runs with 260k miles. its been beat in its like pulling tons of things as well as serving as a plow truck for the past 8 years. Also fuel injection would be better for a cold place
Maybe you should aim for something a little newer, and maybe a smaller motor. (Which would be less than 2k.) You dont want to be paying the gas on that guzzler. Also buy a chevy just because there better :). Once rust has started its kinda hard to stop it. unless you clean it up.

the pixel response is 16ms and the contrast ratio is 400.1 on the planar. The planar has built in speakers and finally there 3 year planar warranty is the best in the business.
I used for my pic i took the one built into the dets from nvidia. Its in the display properties. Id say this lcd is amazing and would recomend it to anyone. Well no 22" crt for me too big for lans. LOL

i wouldnt trust lanaddict. THat lcd they reviewed had 40ms pixel response and he said there was no ghosting at all. Just wanted to suck up to albatron. That lcd has a low 350:1 contrast ratio. Id opt for the one made by cornea systems tv tuner 17" lcd. Get the new 16ms response 17" planar lcd...
actually no. DVI kick a$$ for gaming and fast moving stuff. Without it you would have major ghosting even on a lcd with awesome pixel reponse. Get dvi if you can and you want to watch dvds or play video games on it besides solitare.
