hey guys, how does this card compare to the X800GT? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814131420 ... price is almost twice as much, but is it worth it? that is about the limit i want to spend right now. figure i'll upgrade next year around the same price point, $150 or so...
Yeah, I think you just convinced me to go with the vp171b too! Just gotta wait till the next deal on monitors goes through, probably next week I'm assuming. Maybe 15% + $35 coupon... *crosses fingers*
How do these I/O Magic DVD players stack up? I'm actually looking into getting one for my older computer, but don't want to spend too much, but at the same time, don't want a pos. Thanks.
How does the PLANAR ML-PL170 hold up? The reason I'm asking is all of the other Planar models seem to have integrated speakers which I just don't see any use for since they obviously won't be that great (correct me if I'm wrong).
For $322, this is an amazing deal. How does this compare to the...
What about these Sony Ear Bud Style ones?
Any idea if these are any good or not? Or something equally good in that price range but above these cheapo $5.99 ones?
Well I don't play games, but I do watch a decent amount of movies. Basically I wouldn't mind either one, I'm just trying to see which one I can get cheaper, although the bigger 18" would be nice.
True that is a good point and one I didn't really address and that was why I sort of hesistated with a refurbed LCD. Maybe I should just wait for the $380 deal on the 1800? I'm assuming one is coming up...
Hi guys!
So I'm definetly thinking of purchasing an LCD very soon and have a few questions. Well the first one, is which LCD to get? My top choices are the Dell 1800FP or the Hitachi CML174.
However, I'm also looking to get either of these for $400 or less, with deals and such. Now one thing...
Finally! The PDF plugin in IE has been soo slow, hopefully this also fixes the random crashes with the plugin causing IE to crash every now and then on XP.
Sweet find, thanks.
Nope, don't think they include the stand. I believe the stand is just part of some Best Buy promotion, because it's some cheap stand.
FREE shipping with Goodguys.com too.
Wow, this seems really hot. I just purchased an S45 and was looking for a good deal on high quality and fast CF.
Anyone know if there is anything better in this price range for the S45?
Yeah I got my $100 coupon from a friend who just purchased a new Dell. I know these coupons are out there, didn't know about that $50 off $400 one, but just ask around.
I mean this 15% of digital cameras doesn't happen all that often, so combining with coupons can yield some excellent results...
Well I think this is a hot deal if you have the right coupons from Dell Home

Nah, this has been around for a while.
Originally it was thehungersite.com, and then they added "Save the Rainforest" and "Breast Cancer" link, then they recently added "Child Health" and "Animal Rescue".
I remember a while back they even had a "Landmine" one, which sent funds to help...
So far my impressions are that Nero Express can do everything same as regular Nero.
When I start Express, I'm presented with these different options for different discs to create:
- Data CD: data disc, bootable disc
- Music: audio, audio & data, mp3, wma
- Videos/Pictures: vcd, svcd
- Copy...
Just got my Nero 5.5 in the mail from DirtCheapSoftware.
Installed perfectly with my Sony 8x4x32 CDRW, and updated to the lastest 5.5.10.0 version no sweat.
Only thing I noticed, was this was Nero Express... I mean it can burn all sorts of different types of CDs, ect.. different modes, and...
So this Nero from DirtCheapSoftware isn't burner specific? Interesting... how can you tell which OEM copies are burner specific or not then? Anyways... still debating whether to head over to compusa to pick up a copy for $20 or just get that OEM copy for cheaper... any one have any luck with...
Yeah, I jumped on this offer a while back (like in Aug). Was able to pick up 2 sets of these in the VA area. One tip, try and see if you can get BB to PM to Sam Goody. I know one store I went to refused to do this, but another BB gladly did this and I was able to save even more.
Definetly a hot...
Yea I actually tried them a while back when they were like $35. They worked really well and they call for a "touch up" about every 6 months. Haven't gotten around to the touch up yet, but for $14.99, wow... I better jump on this soon then.
Odd, taking a look at the source code for the page, I found this:
<script language="javascript">
window.close();
</script>
Right at the top of the page. Interesting... either someone forgot to take that code out when they went live or something else is up... hmm.
Well that is Dell's lower end 17" model. Their higher end model has much better specs. And that is only $560 right now... a very good deal, even better with a $30 off coupon.
link.
the rebate is good for purchases through 31 Oct (today).
anyone know how good this one is in comparison with others? looking for a high quality and very fast one for the S230 so that I can record those long 3 minute movies.
Still working. Amazing find, this will be interesting to see how it writes. I just hate pens, but a pencil that acts like a pen... this will be interesting. :)
Yea, I'm fairly positive you will get your USB kit. I have the HP OfficeJet K60 at home, and for some reason this printer didn't come with a USB cable. I had an extra serial cable which I used, however without a USB cable, the scanning features don't work. And with XP, there hasn't been drivers...
Just confirmed this in Worcester, MA.
BB is selling the T68i for $200.
ATT has a $50 MIR.
BB has a $125 MIR.
Final Price ~ $25
When I called the guy he said all of the rebates come with purchase, doesn't look like anything online. Also, he said this price should be the same at all BB's, so...
Eh, IRAssistant still giving me headaches. Thanks for the help though. Might just stick with the default software for now. All I really needed to control was winamp and media player anyways. No need for a macro to launch each either, I'll open each when I want it anyways.
But yea, this remote...
