It's customary, tightwad. You're either: A) Too young or too broke to move yourself B) European C) Really old and on fixed income Those are the only types of scumbags who don't tip people in my experience.

Do I have to tip the movers?

I am moving on Tuesday, although this is from state to state. I was advised to tip the loaders and unloaders $5 each before they start the job so they know you're a tipper so they'll go the extra mile... and then give them another $5/each when they are done. So, in our case, $40 in tips.

Not if you're shopping for the same "type" of loan. Your score is the same if you have 2 or if you have 20 different mortgage companies do hard inquiries for mortgage pre-quals during a 30 day window. However, if you have multiple hard inquiries for different types of credit, ie, credit cards...

what is a good jogging distance and time?

I'm 6' about 205 lbs. I just started jogging again recently. I resort to walking after about 20 minutes, but I'm trying to improve my pace. I want to work up to 25 minutes (approx 3miles/5k) and improve pace from there.

My 42" LCD converts all signals to 720p... would an upscaling DVD player benefit me?

My TV is a Sanyo DP42647 and according to the spec website here ... "all signals converted to 720p display" If I use a nice upscaling DVD player (like a Playstation 3) I'm wondering if I'll notice a picture quality difference compared to my current 480p Philips DivX/DVD player.
