YMMV is true. A buddy of mine and I have been able to buy 3 sticks each from various OD locations for $9.99 each plus tax without any problems whatsoever. However, I went to an OD in Atlanta today and tried to buy 3 more but two assistant managers and one manager wouldn't honor the deal...
