Sounds like the motherboard is incorrectly calibrated for the CPU, but unfortunately, there is nothing really to fix it for the BIOS.

Windows uses Gigabytes (GB)
Hard Drive Manufacturers use Gibibytes (GiB)
Both are correct in their own rights, however, they use conflicting terms.
The 210 was very easy.. not a problem at all (other than the computer kept crashing on me.. damn windows 98 first edition).. however the 215 was alot harder than i thought.. alot of Active Directory, Local Policies, and VPN Questions.
