Sorry dude, I don't know much about hyper trophy routines. All the dumb bell work I do is mostly accessory work for barbell lifts (press, deadlift, back squats, front squats, cleans, snatches) But doing all works sets before moving on vs super setting is usually done on movements/muscles that...

Not enough legs, but that's preference. if you're limited to dumbells, do these 3 variations. regular dumbbell squats (holding the dumb bell at your sides) goblet squats (holding heavier, single dumb bell at your chest) bulgarian split squats Variations of regular and goblet can include lunges.

How do you compare cars when deciding what to buy?

cost of car features make and model how does it drive That's the order. Decide how much i'm willing to spend for the absolute features i'm looking for. that narrows down the field to the make/model. From there, it's usually 2-3 companies and driving them.

Toyo Versado vs. Goodyear Eagle RSA: anyone have a preference?

Had a set of RSA's that came with my car, lasted till about 20K before i replaced them. I wasn't hard on them, they just weren't very good and even in the slightest wet conditions, i never felt confident in them. Since then - i've only got Continental Extreme Contact. Great tire and value.

Nexus 4 - crack screen

let it go - unless you're looking to check out the XDA forums for a variety of ROMs last official image is 5.1.1 terrible camera, terrible battery (even in it's day), no LTE (unless you flash a different set of drivers to enable LTE - but at this point, i dont remember which bands it supports)

I left Bmw and went back to volvo

NIce! I almost pulled the trigger on a 2016 S60 R-Design. I still can but it's about $100 more than i want to spend a month. The exclusivity of it, i dont feel warrants the cost.

Tips for improving front squat strength?

need a video to see your front squat and back squat form. You also didnt mention if you BS lowbar or high bar. Power Cleaning more than than you can clean or FS is good indication of: - weak core - back rounding, poor t spine mobility - poor ankle mobility - poor wrist and front rack mobility

TMO Band 12 / 700 mhz phones - Nexus 6 - Xperia Z3 (needs an update from TMO to unlock) - Samsung Note 4, Note Edge I'm pretty sure I read Samsung S6/S6 Edge and HTC M9 will have it as well.

yeah the 541s. i like them because of the taper but since my thighs to waist ratios are absurd, and the fact they don't really make 29 waist, it's the best "off the shelf" edit - they have 2% elastane, i love it.

Yep, voice coverage is good. Along 5, there aren't many pockets where you'd feel trapped without voice coverage, moreso if you're not the driver, do not expect to check social media.

i hate cases .. for my nexus 5 i bought a spigen ultra clear .. hated it .. too much additional bulk N6 is so slippery and i heard good things about Ringke clear with caps for USB and headphones (i rarely use either) and the QI charger works through it...

i'm hoping Google releases a way to turn off encryption. XDA got a boot.img that wipes the phoen for a fresh install and the read/write test went up. Not sure if that means real world usage on a daily basis but it'd be interesting.

picked mine up this AM at Tmobile. 32 gig blue, it's a big phone. everything is say is relative to my Nexus 5. - front facing speakers sound nice - screen is gorgeous and just as bright as the N5. Can't wait to get some notifications and use Dymanic Notifications - haven't tested camera...

Lollipop thread (Android 5.0)

sideloaded the update.zip on Nexus 7 2013 - it's nice not to have to wait for the OTA. Not android's fault, within WIN8 i had to reboot to disable device signing and it totally borked and wont let me boot into WIN8. Another oddity. Nexus 5, either the lock screen or pull down notifications...
