What is the good Backup/Syncing program for PC *and* Mac?

Damn, Leros, I'm just now seeing a limitation in Sync that's not good. It says there's a max of 20,000 files per folder that can be sync'ed. That's too bad because my photography folder alone has over 40,000 photos! Otherwise, I've been liking this whole thing so far. I wish there was a solution...

How does it know the difference? Do I have to mess with Proxy settings at all for this? Ah yes, that's what I used and it worked but it was too buggy for me. Maybe it's improved in the last 2 years. I'll try to give this a whirl and see if this solution works for me. Sounds promising so far.

I did! I successfully replaced all the files in the directory, merged the registry files. When I try to start Windows Mail, the executable starts duplicating itself infinitely, which then causes my RAM and system resources to max out and my computer just about crashes. I look at the Processes...

Corkyg, those files are backed up from an x86 version of Windows Mail. If you use them on Win7 x64, it won't work correctly.

I need upgrade advice for super low budget PC

Thanks for the suggestions, elconejito. I don't think I'll even need to use 4GB of RAM in the beginning and am thinking only 2GB should be okay for now. I can't use that G31 ECS motherboard because I'm running a Dell 2407FPW and it's a DVI output. I updated my first post to reflect this.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm afraid of upgrading to a faster CPU. I found a used 3.2 for like $25 on eBay and was/am tempted but I'm hesitant. I don't have money to get the anything else though.

Wow, they totally don't make that clear at all. So the $66/yr is a better deal (although, I don't understand how to even sign up for it!) since it's no extra fees for call forwarding, right? I can't believe Skype doesn't be more clear about it.

Yeah, I knew that Vonage had this included in its services but I was really hoping I could find a cheaper option than $25x12=$300. If only Grand Central would open itself back up, I'd be set! Still, I think the Skype option would be best but I don't have any experience with it.
