Not sure how hot this is, But I got one New in Retail Box at Best Buy tonight for $75.50 on clearance.
They had 4 more, but not sure if the other stores are also have them on clearance. The cheapest I could
find it on Pricewatch was $96.00 and I think it was the brown box. Happy Hunting!

Most of the time Best Buy sales run till the next ad comes out which is in sundays paper...So you have till atleast then. But this may not be a advertised deal then it could last longer.
