Even if it was lexmarks fault, they did not fully communicate the situation to us. Not only that, i give the benefit of the doubt, if they had not charged my card. Once you charge me, you had better stand by what you are selling, and if not, you had better by damn honest about whats going on...

Just called them up and checked on what type of warranty is included. The representative stated that there is no Manufacture warranty, only a 30 day company warranty
