Building a backup/file server, and revamping our network for my job, help.

Offsite would be nice, but its not going to happen. I think we've decided that an NAS device would be the best idea. If we're leaving for an extended time, we'll take it with us. This is a home office, amazingly, so there are people here 24/7. Any thoughts on a good 4 bay NAS that supports...

Recommend me a EXTERNAL FireWire case.

I just emailed them, and it uses an external power brick. I guess they changed the models around, because I've seen lots of reviews, about half of them have internal, half have external PSU's. So... unless you want to sell yours, I'm still looking.

Awesome. I'll keep an eye on it, and if it doesn't go on sale sometime soon, I might buy a cheaper case for the time being.

Big problems with Symantec Ghost... USB, keyboards, etc.

I've tried all that (except Acronis). I found that if I left the mouse unplugged and let it error out with "unknown command intepretter", and typed in "A:command.com", it would give me the prompt. I then typed in autoexec. This begins the boot-up sequence again. It asks for the 2nd disk...
