I would not recommend the regular membership if you live or work outside the city. The AAA rate once you go past the first 3 miles is more then the normial rate.

Of courses the superDome doesn't have food to feed 10,000 people for weeks on end. With that much food there wouldn't be any room the people. The superDome was used to keep people alive until outside help arrived. No one would except a city to have that kind of food reserves.
