In my opinion it was kind a loud compared to the other fans in my Shuttle XPC - so I replaced it with a passive heat sink from Zalman (ZM17CU) and now it's very quiet :D (and runs stable).
I cannot find anything on the rebate for the CUSA deal which states "internet only". I would like

I did get the email notice for the $80 rebate but so far have not received the check. No notice about the $60. Both rebates were sent in at the same time (two envelopes).

I was in a similar situation 3 weeks ago (the price had dropped $10) - I called them and they credited the difference back to my credit card. So just give it a try! :D
I also placed my order yesterday and the order showed as 'processing'. Just called them and
they told me that I am on a waiting list (backorder). So I cancelled the order - the risk is too high!

Yes, that's possible - since it's a 5.25" case you can even fit one of the old 5.25 drives in there <smile>.
But there is a seal over the screws to remove the cover. It says: 'warranty void if seal broken'.
The warranty for the case/drive is 1 year for labor and 3 years for parts.
